You are invited to Texas State's Lavender Graduation Celebration on December 15th at 6:00 pm in the LBJ Student Center, Room 3-13.1.
Lavender Graduation is a cultural celebration that recognizes LGBTQ and Ally students by acknowledging their achievements and contributions at Texas State. Please invite your family membes, friends, professors, mentors, and other allies who played a significant role in your college career. They are all welcom to join us at this fun and personal graduation celebration.
As part of the celebration, all graduates are honored with a certificate and sash. Come as you are, wear what you want. You will have the opportunity to share your accomplishments and acknowledgements in your own words.
The Office of Multicultural Student Affairs, Allies of Texas State, and Alliance want help you celebrate your college career as you go forward into new personal and professional horizons. Refreshments will be provided.
The RSVP deadline is 5:00 pm on Tuesday, December 8th.
