The Underrepresented Student Advisory Council (USAC) is a programming and leadership development council composed various recognized Texas State student organizations. USAC welcomes and supports organizations whose membership includes persons from groups which have been, and continue to be, underrepresented in higher education. The missions of member organizations who take part in USAC is to represent and promote diversity and equal opportunity initiatives in support of a pluralistic society.
